They don’t come cheap, but these architectural masterpieces by the likes of Frank Gehry, at Broad Beach, John Lautner at the Malibu Colony, Marshall Lewis at the Encinal Bluffs and Harry Gesner at Victoria Point are not only unique, but in many cases they could no longer be built under today’s city and coastal guidelines. Take for example Pierre Koenig’s last project at Point Lechusa, the LaFetra Beach House . It sits right at the edge where Broad Beach ends and Victoria Point starts, just before Sea Level beach. It’s one incredible spot! don’t take my word for it, go visit yourself. Its overlooks a pristine corner of the beach with picturesque rocks and pines and the waves below. A real magical spot. Then the Stephen Ehrlich beach house at Paradise Cove beach, such an incredible spot! Here again, a very special place where you can’t ever feel the crowds, just the pristine but generous wide beach inviting you to explore its many gifts.
So go ahead enjoy the visit and take the tour. These are some of our nicest architecturals on the market today.
